Pro Grounds Management is the primary training group for Irrigation Specialists throughout the state of New Mexico. Knowledge of water, irrigation systems installation, design and build strategy, and certifications trainings. JWD has partnered with PGM for almost 10 years in developing engaging and successful training content.

From technical learning strategies in content creation to utilization of various engagement media, Instructional Design for PGM was created for in-person learning until the COVID-19 crisis and then seamlessly pivoted to effective online learning. As COVID-19 calmed, the efficiency of online learning continued to be a standard practice for PGM to engage it's learning audience.
